This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website operated by LL Watches.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Returned with all original tags and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return shipping label is provided by LL Watches, the cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product once the return has been approved.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Condition of Returned Products

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of wear, use, damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You received an incorrect item

In such cases, LL Watches will cover all reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days for EU Customers)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period by contacting us at info@llwatches.se.

To qualify for a refund under this right, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

This statutory right of withdrawal applies independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy. Where our 30-day return policy provides more favorable conditions, customers may choose to rely on that policy instead.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

International Returns

For returns originating outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees incurred during the return process, unless otherwise required by law.
